Notice a Change?
We’ve updated the VEC Outage Map to ensure you get the info you need during an outage event.

Here’s what’s new:

• Search by address: Click the magnifying glass icon and enter your address, including the town (no account number needed). 
• Get updates: Click on the map for estimated restoration times and outage details.
• Outages by town: Click the “Outages by Area” arrow to see a town-by-town list.

Want the old map? You can still view it for some time—look for the button on the new map page.
